Upcoming drama “Flowers Bloom Even in the Sand” (literal title) has unveiled a brand new teaser!
“Flowers Bloom Even in the Sand” is a brand new romance drama concerning the story of youths struggling to bloom of their lives on a ssireum (conventional Korean wrestling sport) ring towards the backdrop of Geosan, a metropolis well-known for ssireum. The drama follows ssireum prodigy Kim Baek Doo and his past love Oh Yoo Kyung (Lee Joo Myung).
Director Kim Jin Woo of the dramas “A Model Family,” “Queen of Mystery,” “Suits,” and “Love Alarm 2” in addition to author Won Yoo Jung have teamed up for the drama. In explicit, “Flowers Bloom Even in the Sand” would be the first rom-com drama based mostly on the theme of ssireum.
