NU’EST‘s Kim Jonghyeon (JR) and Lovelyz‘s Yein will be starring together in a new drama!
On July 11, the two idol-turned-actors were confirmed to be appearing in the upcoming drama “My Friend’s Graduation” (literal translation) alongside Park Chul Min.
“My Friend’s Graduation” is a comedy a couple of 75-year-old man who turns into roommates with a 20-year-old pupil in a university dorm. The drama will depict their enjoyable journey of bickering, friendship, and progress.
Park Chul Min will play Hong Seung Bae, who enrolls in school on the age of 75 to attain his remaining dream and turns into a well-liked pupil at college. Kim Jonghyeon will play his unpopular roommate Kim Min Goo, who’s exhausted from juggling part-time jobs and his research on the similar time.
Meanwhile, Yein will play the position of Lee Yeo Wool, Kim Min Goo’s old flame and the preferred woman at school.
“My Friend’s Graduation” is at the moment scheduled to premiere someday within the second half of 2023.
