MBC’s upcoming drama “The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract” has dropped colourful character posters!
Based on an online novel, “The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract” is a time-slip romance drama concerning the contractual marriage between bachelor Kang Tae Ha (Bae In Hyuk) and Park Yeon Woo (Lee Se Young), who has traveled to modern-day from nineteenth century Joseon.
In the poster beneath, Park Yeon Woo wears a purple hanbok (Korean conventional clothes) and wedding ceremony veil, showcasing her pretty character. While the nice and cozy and lightweight pink background colour makes Park Yeon Woo stand out much more, the trendy wedding ceremony gown is faintly seen within the space of her shoulder line lined together with her wedding ceremony veil. The textual content that reads, “I am going to do whatever I can because he is my husband,” suggests her sturdy will.
In one other poster beneath, Kang Tae Ha, a 3rd era chaebol, wears a black tuxedo whereas having half of his face lined with a standard see-through face cowl. Behind the face cowl is a glimpse of a blue hanbok, which creates deep distinction with Park Yeon Woo. Unlike Kang Tae Ha’s chilly and expressionless face, the textual content that reads, “I saw a strange vision. It was you from the Joseon Dynasty,” raises curiosity concerning the story of Kang Tae Ha and Park Yeon Woo’s contract marriage.
“The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract” premieres on November 24 at 9:50 p.m. KST and will likely be out there with subtitles on Viki. Check out a teaser for the drama here!
