“Tale of the Nine-Tailed 1938” is a sequel to the hit 2020 drama “Tale of the Nine-Tailed,” which advised the story of the male gumiho (legendary nine-tailed fox) Yi Yeon (Lee Dong Wook) within the current day. However, within the new sequel, he unexpectedly finds himself again in 1938, and he embarks on an eventful journey in his quest to return to the current.

In the earlier episode of “Tale of the Nine-Tailed 1938,” Yi Yeon finally determined to intervene within the affairs of this period.
