JTBC’s upcoming drama “King the Land” has shared a sneak peek of the chemistry between its attractive leads!
“King the Land” will inform the story of the unlikely romance between Gu Won (2PM’s Lee Junho), a chaebol inheritor who can’t stand faux smiles, and the continually smiling Cheon Sa Rang (Girls’ Generation’s YoonA), who turns into referred to as the “queen of smiles” whereas working her approach up on the King Hotel.
From their vastly completely different backgrounds to their polar-opposite personalities, Gu Won and Cheon Sa Rang appear to have nothing in frequent—and at first, they’ll’t stand each other. While Gu Won is fervently against the idea of faux smiles, the character of Cheon Sa Rang’s job forces her to smile even when she doesn’t want to, making it inconceivable for the 2 characters to see eye to eye.
However, as they spend an increasing number of time collectively, this initially bickering duo begins to see one another in a distinct mild. The new photographs present the couple’s dynamic steadily evolving from a strained work relationship to one thing extra as they speak in confidence to each other.
Lee Junho commented, “I think Cheon Sa Rang’s love is what becomes the salvation in Gu Won’s life.”
Meanwhile, YoonA remarked, “Gu Won is someone who loves Cheon Sa Rang exactly as she is. Strangely, while Cheon Sa Rang isn’t someone who often shows her inner feelings to other people, she keeps showing her honest self to Gu Won. He’s someone who makes it possible for her to find a truly happy smile that isn’t a business smile.”
“King the Land” will premiere on June 17 at 10:30 p.m. KST. Check out the newest teaser for the drama here!
