The star-studded new movie “12.12: The Day” is off to a powerful begin on the Korean field workplace!
According to the Korean Film Council, as of 1:35 p.m. KST on November 25, “12.12: The Day” had reached a complete of 1,000,918 moviegoers. The movie was initially launched on November 22, which means that it took lower than 4 days to surpass 1 million moviegoers.
“12.12: The Day” is simply the fourth Korean movie of 2023 to hit the 1 million mark on the fourth day of its launch, following the smash hits “The Roundup: No Way Out,” “Smugglers,” and “Concrete Utopia.”
Starring Hwang Jung Min, Jung Woo Sung, Lee Sung Min, and extra, “12.12: The Day” is a historic movie in regards to the real-life navy coup that shook South Korea following the assassination of President Park Chung Hee in 1979.
