When asked to choose between “cardio on an empty stomach in the morning” and “weight training in the afternoon,” she chose the former without hesitation. Seohyun said that she currently doing cardio on an empty stomach every day because it seems to have a better effect on her, and her physical trainer said that doing this is great for dieting.

She chose “gym workouts” over “pilates” (even though she likes both) because she feels like she needs more muscle.

Between “meat or flour,” she chose meat because she could live without eating flour as someone who prefers rice. Also, she said she can’t quit meat as a result of it’s protein.
