From the “Boy In Luv” model to the “War of Hormone” actress, BTS’s heroines have gone on to have profitable careers within the leisure trade.
In 2017, BTS launched their cinematic LOVE YOURSELF Highlight Reel, a video that performs a significant position within the group’s fictional lore. In the video, every BTS member is paired off (both one-on-one or in a love triangle) with a feminine co-star.
Five of the six women within the video have been Ok-Pop trainees on the time, who went on to affix Ok-Pop lady teams, together with ITZY and Cherry Bullet. Suga‘s love interest, however, was just starting out as an actress.
From 2015 to 2019, Park Jung Yeon was an SM Entertainment trainee and a hidden member of SMROOKIES. She left the agency and signed with SM Entertainment subsidiary KeyEast as an actress in 2019, and she went on to sign an exclusive contract with SALT Entertainment in 2022.
Since the Highlight Reel, Park Jung Yeon has appeared in six K-Dramas: Hi Bye, Mama! (2020),
Kingmaker: The Change of Destiny (2020), Must You Go? (2021), I Have Not Done My Best (2022), We’re Not Trash (2022), and Duty After School (2023).
