They’ve been pals for years!
The Rose‘s Woosung has revealed how he came to work with BTS‘s Suga.
When fans of BTS and The Rose saw Woosung’s title included on the credit for Agust D‘s “Snooze ft. Ryuichi Sakamoto & WOOSUNG” from Suga’s newest album D-DAY, they have been equally shocked and excited.
Those who’ve watched the Disney+ documentary SUGA: Road to D-DAY and even been to his live performance have seen some behind-the-scenes footage of Suga working with the late Japanese composer Ryuichi Sakamoto.
Now, Woosung has shared some data on how he collaborated with Suga for “Snooze.” At the Gold House’s 2nd Annual Gala, The Rose was interviewed by Etalk.

Woosung defined that he and Suga are literally longtime pals. They are each 93-liners.
I knew Suga from 4, 5 years in the past. We’re pals. We’re the identical age.

One day, Suga contacted him, asking if Woosung would contribute a hook and lyrics to “Snooze.” Woosung claimed it was “nothing crazy,” however “Snooze” has turn out to be a fan-favorite.
So, yeah, he simply at some point hit me up and stated ‘Hey, I have this song that I’ve been engaged on, are you able to take heed to it, put a hook on it and a few lyrics?’ So, yeah, that’s the way it occurred! Nothing loopy!

We hope these two collab once more sooner or later!
