Per the rules on the Nonsan Training Center, to be chosen as an elite trainee, the necessities are as follows:

• Curl-ups: greater than 86 in 2minutes
• Push-ups: greater than 72 in 2 minutes
• Run 1.5 km inside 5 minutes and 28 seconds
• Run 3 km inside 12 minutes and 30 seconds
• Zero-point capturing 16 pictures out of 20

+ no coaching exceptions

• Benefits:
• Possible to remain out on the commencement day
• Obtain reward go away
• Early promotion
