While talking about various topics, the hosts, Tak Jae Hoon, Yoon Jong Shin, and Hong Jin Kyung, asked Chaeryeong if there was another girl group that she wanted to join outside of ITZY. Chaeryeong gave a very “idol-like” answer, saying that there were no groups she would rather be in.
It was then revealed that before Chaeryeong auditioned for JYP Entertainment, which is the company she is currently in, she auditioned for SM Entertainment, which led to Yoon Jong Shin saying, “You could have been in aespa!” However, Chaeryeong shared that she didn’t move her audition with SM Entertainment.
Yoon Jong Shin then poked enjoyable at Chaeryeong, asking her if she was getting revenge on SM Entertainment now for failing her again then. Chaeryeong was trustworthy and mentioned, “Actually, I still like SM.” However, she mentioned she appreciated JYP very a lot, too.
