Over the previous decade, BTS and ARMY have shared many moments that followers can look again on fondly.
Some of those moments are heartwarming, others are hilarious…
…and some, nicely, let’s simply classify them as “questionable!”
This is, partially, because of translation apps that trigger chaos for everyone concerned. For instance, no matter Jin was attempting to say on Weverse, it wasn’t this:
One of essentially the most iconic translation mix-ups occurred when V and J-Hope hosted a reside broadcast with ARMY. As at all times, they answered followers’ questions, however one took them without warning: “Are you excited to go back to Korea?”
J-Hope laughed as he learn it aloud, and V couldn’t maintain a straight face both as soon as the that means sank in. What was so humorous?
It seems that the fan used the phrase heung-bun (흥분) as an alternative of shin-na (신나). Both phrases imply “excited,” however heung-bun (흥분) also can suggest…sexual pleasure.
So no, V and J-Hope, weren’t “excited” to return to their dwelling nation. At least, not in that manner!
Look at Tae’s face when Hobi asks him if he’s “horny to go back to korea” eye-….even when he’s clowning he’s so cute ? pic.twitter.com/8cdZRRPh66
