The extremely anticipated collection “Blood Free” has unveiled its first teaser!
“Blood Free” is a suspense thriller about Yoon Ja Yoo (Han Hyo Joo), the CEO of the genetic engineering enterprise BF that opens a brand new period of artificially cultured meat in 2025, and Woo Chae Woon (Joo Ji Hoon), a retired officer-turned-guard who intentionally approaches her, as they get swept up in a collection of incidents and a mysterious dying.
The teaser kicks off by unveiling a brand new period of artificially cultivated meat as BF’s CEO Yoon Ja Yoo remarks, “Humanity is an imperfect dominant species. To become perfect, we must break free from the chains. Humanity must be liberated from the food chain.”
In the following scenes, viewers witness chaotic protests with each Yoon Ja Yoo and Woo Chae Woon taking middle stage. The former navy officer-turned-personal bodyguard Woo Chae Woon is then proven aiming a firearm at somebody, adopted by a large explosion.
Ending with the impactful assertion, “The best technology I know has always come in the form of weapons,” uttered by Woo Chae Woon, together with the intriguing tagline “The era of artificial cultivation meat: catastrophe or blessing,” the teaser leaves viewers intrigued in regards to the deeper themes explored within the collection.
