The Korean Popular Culture and Arts Awards celebrated the achievements of many artists at this 12 months’s annual ceremony!

The Korean Popular Culture and Arts Awards are authorities prizes that acknowledge the work of artists in varied fields who’ve contributed to the event of in style tradition. This 12 months’s awards ceremony was held on October 21 on the Haeoreum Grand Theater.

The ceremony was hosted by Jang Ye Won and Jang Dong Yoon, and congratulatory performances had been give by varied artists together with Monika and her dance crew PROWDMON, 10CM, Chuu, and MeloMance.

In whole, six artists obtained an Order of Cultural Merit, seven artists (together with teams) obtained Presidential Commendations, eight artists (together with teams) obtained Prime Minister’s Commendations, and 10 artists (together with teams) obtained Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s Commendations. Notably, singer Lee Mi Ja is the primary pop musician to obtain the Geumgwan Order of Cultural Merit, the best Order of Cultural Merit.
