“Twinkling Watermelon” is a fantasy coming-of-age drama wherein a CODA (baby of deaf grownup) pupil born with a present for music unintentionally travels again in time to 1995 by a suspicious music store. There, he varieties the band Watermelon Sugar with different mysterious youths.
