MBC’s “My Dearest” has shared a sneak peek of a romantic second from its upcoming episode!

On the earlier episode of “My Dearest,” Lee Jang Hyun (Namgoong Min) managed to rescue Yoo Gil Chae (Ahn Eun Jin) when she fell into hazard after searching for refuge.
